Bear in mind that you must add value as no-one wants spam on their sites and often the site will have an automatic blocker such as Akismet. If the site owner likes your comment he will often return the favor and comment on one of your posts. This can be a good way of building up your network of contacts with similar interests to your own.
It is very important in doing this to ensure that you always read and abide by the Terms and Conditions of the publishers and social media sites that you use or you could get banned from using them. Nobody likes people who are trying to get something for nothing so if you do not have anything of value to add don’t!
